Also Artemisia Gentileschi is considered one of the most accomplished painters of the Italian Baroque after Caravaggio. Which as a woman is a huge accomplishment since woman generally discouraged from being artists on the fact that they were considered inferior and their work would never be considered as accomplished as a mans.
