Check out the first track of the new Actions & Consequence EP, if you are into punkrock. This is screamo-free, for all TONYXHAWKXPROXSKATER fans out there. I personally LOVE it.

We’ll get the tape on exclusive Euro distro, so drop us a message if you’d like to get one. Release goes via Moshtache Records and LTD Records, both labels are so worth checking out as well. Thanks!

Come to this! Show put on by Max Kemp and Charlie Piper! This line-up will destroy!!
Poster also by Max Kemp (http://maxkdesign.tumblr.com/)

THIS SHOW WAS HEAVY! ICED GRIP PROMOTIONS!

Yes, yes it was. So heavy and VERY FUCKING SWEATY.

I wore a Naplam Death shirt of Nick’s with the sleeves cut off and watched my friends skate.  We all slept in the prison style rooms of the Lafrowda student accommodation. Curt wore corpse paint.
A good day.

^

this show was also the first appearance of Moshtache Records, good times.
I still have the poster up in my flat

Final practice on Thurs before Actions & Consequence head into the studio this Sat

The demo cassette insert is nearly ready too and I’m so happy with how it looks so far. Can’t wait to get this out and hear what people think of it.

My band Actions & Consequence had our debut show today.

Probably the best run through we’ve ever had, my vocals held up and we received some really posi praise afterwards- on top of shifting all of our ‘practice room demo’ CDs.

Huge thanks for the kind words, to Pariso, Svalbard and SSC for sharing the stage and to Craig for having enough faith to ask us.

When’s the next one?

This is a totally valid question, but I’m going to use it as a chance to speak about the broader subject of ‘release schedules.’

They don’t exist.

Vinyl pressing plants are basically clownfarms run by the Beagle Boys from Duck Tails.

Medium sized labels in deals with retail-focused distributors set dates months and months ahead of time, because the distributors demand dates and setting them months away gives SOME hope the record will arrive.

Small labels don’t bother setting dates. Because there’s no hope the record will arrive any time near the date they set.

Younger bands tend to ask their labels, “when should we schedule our record release show?” And, experienced labels respond, “two months from when you get the product in your hands. Do not, under any condition, book that shit now. We won’t hit any projected release date.”

So, to answer your specific question, we’ve got the split with Touche Amore, the Duets record, our BBC recording, our split with Holiness Church of the Valley, Jesus of Nazareth, and at least two other records. All coming out at some point in the next six months.

BUT ONLY GOD COULD TELL YOU WHEN THEY’LL ACTUALLY BE AVAILABLE.

V important info in this post relating to every small label
